• Identify homes that match property profile
• Make appointments and show you target properties and assist in their market evaluation
• Provide financial and historical research on selected properties prior to an Offer To Purchase and Contract,
• Prepare and represent you in all negotiations related to an Offer To Purchase and Contract (including negotiations related to the inspection clause),
• And, finally, secure a successful property closing at a time a place of your choosing

Our goal is to reduce the stress and take the anxiety out of the home selling/buying process. By keeping our clients actively involved in looking at houses during the listing period, we insure our client's readiness to execute an Offer To Purchase and Contract that will coincide with the closing of our client’s existing house.
